Here is the Navigator's outline of how to spend 7 minutes a day with God.  Do it not because you think God is disappointed in you because you don't, but because He is the reason you live, He cares about you, He loves you beyond measure.  Do it to get to know Him, to become more like Him, to learn more about the best way to live.
